1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or engaging our catalog services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site or our services.
2. Services
Panel Grove Hub provides offline wallet backup inventory documentation and multi-location mapping performed on-site with custodians present. Service scope is defined in individual quotes and service descriptions. We do not custody assets, hold seeds, or execute transactions.
3. Intellectual property
Site content, catalog templates, and methodology text are owned by Panel Grove Hub or licensors. Client-specific catalogs delivered under contract belong to the client for personal or internal use; we retain rights to generic templates and anonymized methodological notes.
4. User responsibilities
You must provide accurate site information, ensure custodian presence during visits, and refrain from asking catalogers to photograph or record plaintext recovery secrets. You are responsible for securing delivered binders and digital exports.
5. Limitation of liability
Services are documentation-only. We do not guarantee recovery success, asset safety, or absence of future loss. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, our liability for any claim arising from services or site use is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Panel Grove Hub against claims arising from your misrepresentation of custodian authority, unlawful materials presented for cataloging, or misuse of delivered documents.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Busan shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
