Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation terms for Panel Grove Hub offline wallet backup catalog services in South Korea.
Effective date: 1 January 2026
Scope
This policy applies to catalog services booked with Panel Grove Hub Co., Ltd.: multi-location audits, single-site catalogs, recovery readiness reviews, and mapping update visits.
Deposit refunds
Multi-location audits require a 40% deposit to reserve consecutive field days.
- Full deposit refund if you cancel 14 or more days before the first scheduled visit
- 50% deposit refund if you cancel 7–13 days before the first visit
- No deposit refund if you cancel fewer than 7 days before the first visit or fail to provide custodian access at the scheduled time
Service completion refunds
- Single-site catalog: If we cannot complete documentation due to our error, we refund fees paid or reschedule at no charge
- Partial completion: If you cancel mid-engagement after some sites are cataloged, fees for completed sites remain due; unused deposit portions follow the deposit schedule above
- Deliverables: Refunds are not available once the bound index or encrypted export is delivered except for documented catalog errors we fail to correct within the contracted revision window
Non-refundable items
- Travel surcharges for sites outside Busan metro once travel is booked
- Printed binder rush fees
- Third-party costs (bank box access fees, security escort charges paid to your building)
Recovery readiness and mapping updates
Cancellations 48 hours or more before the session receive full refund of session fees. Later cancellations forfeit the session fee but may reschedule once within 90 days.
No-shows
If the custodian is not present and no reschedule occurs within 30 minutes of the agreed start, the visit is billed as completed.
Work already started
Materials compiled during a visit—sketches, item drafts—remain our work product until fees for that site are settled.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

One free reschedule per engagement when requested at least 7 days in advance.
