Data we collect

We do not request seed phrases, private keys, or wallet balances.

How we use data

• Respond to inquiries and schedule field visits
• Produce and amend inventory catalogs under contract
• Improve site usability when analytics cookies are accepted
• Comply with Korean legal obligations

Retention

Inquiry emails: 24 months. Contract catalogs and client correspondence: duration of engagement plus seven years for business records unless you request earlier deletion of non-mandatory items. Cookie consent logs: 12 months.

Legal bases

Contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a catalog business, consent for optional analytics, and legal obligation where applicable under Korean law.

International transfers

Primary storage is in South Korea. If we use overseas email or backup providers, we ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable Korean requirements.

Security

Access to client catalogs is limited to assigned catalogers. Digital exports are encrypted at delivery; printed binders are hand-delivered or sent via tracked courier per your instruction.

Children

Services are not directed at individuals under 18 without parental or guardian involvement as custodian.
