When Three Ledgers Share One Drawer

Shared drawers simplify theft targets and confuse heirs. For a Seomyeon annex we assigned sub-positions: drawer face A-left, A-center, A-right, each with a colored dot sticker on the device case (not the seed).

The catalog lists custodian name, device serial, and firmware snapshot date per sub-position. Recovery drills revealed one colleague had swapped cables—fixed by tying cable ID tags in the same color family.
