Panel Grove Hub began when two former bank vault clerks in Busan noticed households storing hardware wallets in the same unstructured way old passbook boxes once sat in closet corners. Clients could not answer simple questions: which apartment held the spare seed, whether the office copy matched the home copy, or who could access the safe-deposit secondary.
We built a field practice around offline wallet backup inventory mapping—walking rooms, opening agreed containers with custodians present, and producing location indexes that survive staff turnover and family changes.
